I am going to keep this post super short because I am so exhausted! I have been on the road for nearly two weeks going to Houston, Texas for Quilt Market and Quilt Festival.
First I was at Market meeting with magazine editors, fabric manufacturers and other movers and shakers in the industry to help continue to grow Quilt Addicts Anonymous. Plus I did all the buying for shop.quiltaddictsanonymous.com for the next six months.
Then I changed gears and with the help of my aunt and Chief Binding Officer, we set up and vended at Quilt Festival. The days were long, but I had such a great time meeting with all of you who watch these videos. It was so fun to meet you in person and know that you are enjoying the videos. It makes all this work worth it!
Since we were hauling a trailer the 16.5 hours trip, stretched out to more than 20 hours EACH WAY! So I got back this morning, a day later than planned, unloaded the car, set the shop back up, posted this video and then cut out and headed home for a movie and pizza night with my four-year-old. I really missed her and she missed me.
The dogs and cat also missed me. It was basically a big pile of people and fur on the couch. But now I am wiped out and am going to bed! I hope you enjoy the behind the scenes vlog.
