Block 4
Block 4 is actually a border for the Kaleidoscope Block of the Month featuring Stonehenge Gradations by Northcott. This is the picket fence border that surrounds the center medallion and sets the stage for the rest of the quilt.
This is the most challenging block of the quilt, but that is only because you have to pay attention to where you put your triangles and what direction you press your seams. The actual piecing is not hard. So watch the video, pay attention to the assembly diagrams and pressing instructions in the book and you will be just fine!
Then you can rest easy knowing the rest of the quilt will be a piece of cake.
