Quilt Market came back for the first time since the pandemic started and it lined up perfectly with my daughter’s fall break, so I bought tickets for her first plane ride ever to bring her along with me.
Then I found out Quilts Inc, which hosts Market, has a minimum age of 14. Whoops! Thankfully they were super gracious and allowed us to come with media badges in exchange for vlogging the experience!
So you get to come along on the trip with us, as we experience flight delays, a late night drive across Texas, a trip to the Space Center for breakfast with an astronaut, walking the Market floor to see new fabrics, do a book signing for my latest book, “Fat Quarter Patchwork Quilts” and meeting with old friends.
