Block a Day Challenge round up – Week 2

This was a great week for getting blocks finished.

We’re up to 10 participants in the challenge, 35 blocks completed, two completed tops and two completed quilts.

If you’d like to join the Block a Day Challenge, just join the Flickr group and start posting photos of you finished blocks, quilt tops and completed quilts to it. You get one entry for each quilt block you post, 10 for completed tops and 20 for a completed quilt. The more blocks and quilts you finish, the better chance you have of winning one of the monthly prizes, but all it takes is one entry to win.

This month’s prize is three spools of variegated quilting thread.

  1. I love that you are doing this challenge. It has been keeping me motivated to continue working on my projects. Tonight I am going to hopefully finish another top, and work on some items for my etsy shop. Thanks for doing the challenge.

    1. You’ve really been cranking out quilt tops. Two in two weeks plus one completed quilt is pretty good. I’ve got a top to finish tonight or tomorrow too. It need to be quilted this weekend and mailed on Monday to a client. It was kind of a rush order.
