New York Beauty progress report
The first day of quilt retreat is over and I have a whopping 10 New York Beauty blocks to show for it.
That makes 28 total, just four shy of the halfway mark for this king sized quilt. I started it a year ago at retreat and don’t work on it that often at home, so I think I’m doing pretty good.
I have a rule that I won’t paper piece after 10 p.m., so I’m stopping for tonight.
Tomorrow I’m changing gears and will work on my triangle boot camp class sample. I need a break from paper piecing and curved seams.
