You’ll learn how to use a template to cut the rounded edges of the oven mitt, create five yards of bias binding from a fat quarter, work with Insul-Bright to allow your oven mitt to reflect heat back toward your hot pans and hand stitch your binding down for a beautiful finished look.
The entire project can easily be completed in an afternoon, and doesn’t take many materials, so in addition to being a fun piece of usable decor, they also make great gifts. And you have plenty of time to make some for the holidays.
