We got some more new goodies in the shop this week! We got some fabulous new Art Gallery Fabrics plus a label panel from FIGO.
As always we give you an up close look at the new fabrics and I go into detail about why you want to label your quilt. The short version is when your grand baby is all grown up and uses the quilt you made with their kids, you want them to know it was you who made it and not the other grandma 🙂
I am in love with all our new arrivals, but Homebody from Maureen Cracknell is just fabulous. I am a big fan of her fabric and have some in my own stash, even though I try very hard not to keep fabric from the shop beyond what we use to make samples. So that means she’s fabulous, and so is Homebody.
The modern browns with florals and expert use of color throughout the collection, tying each fabric to the others is just outstanding. And the color and designs make it versatile for a quilt that can be out for the spring, summer and fall.
