I have been a fan of Tamara Kate’s since we used one of her collections for a Stashin’ with Stephanie quilt a couple of years ago. A Canadian who grew up in the Caribbean, Tamara’s fabric designs are influenced by her memories of the bright colors and plentiful foliage of her childhood home.
Tabanca is filled with bright images of leaves, critters and florals that make it perfect for a summer quilt or table runner. Check out our pattern Floating Lanterns that we have used Tamara’s fabric in before for some inspriation.
