Congruence is a no-neutral quilt where you split the fabrics into equal colorways to create equilateral triangles. Then the 60-degree triangles are sewn together in horizontal rows, making it about as easy as you can get with NO Y-SEAMS!
And of course we give you tons of tips and tricks to get those triangles and points to turn out absolutely perfect.

I’m just now starting the Congruence quilt with the kit of Noctrine, and I have a question about cutting the fabric. Since the kit has half yards instead of fat quarters, I just wanted to make I have my thinking right. For the big triangles, I’ll cut a 6-3/4 inch strip across WOF and cut that in half at the fold line. Then put each one of those with another strip, wrong sides together and then make the triangle cuts. Is that right.

Hi Melissa! Yes, that is correct! You basically want to treat the half yard cuts like fat quarters. Good luck!
