How to make Reusable Fabric Gift Wrap with Fat Quarters!

Fabric gift wrap is super trendy right now. It’s environmentally friendly, looks beautiful and means you’ll never be searching for more wrapping paper on Christmas Eve again.

Our fabulous video editor/marketing maven Courtney, was WAY ahead of the trend! We made the original video four years ago for our first 12 Makes of Christmas series. In this replay she shows you how to square up your fat quarters and yardage, hem the edges with mitered corners and wrap the gifts up using ribbon or Furoshiki Japanese fabric wrapping techniques.

I also show off Bijou by the fabulous Ghazal Razavi for FIGO Fabrics. Ghazal is one of the creative minds behind developing the FIGO brand for Northcott Fabrics and she created Bijou specifically with fabric gift wrap in mind. The rich colors and metallic details make it perfect for creating a beautifully coordinated Christmas tree.

We also have plenty of Christmas fabric still in stock that can be used to make fabric gift wrap as well! Just check out the options below.
