We’ve got another really easy and fast tutorial that makes a great holiday gift or decor, the French Seam Pillowcase.
I have a stack of these in my linen closet made in all kinds of fabrics from sewing notions to bring with to quilt retreats, to unicorns and Dr. Suess for my kids.
The words “French Seam” can be super intimidating, but it really isn’t bad at all. It is just a finish where you sew a seam twice to enclose all your raw edges. It is a super strong and professional seam that looks great and will last through many washes.
These make for fun holiday gifts and decor, or just as an accessory to match your latest quilt.
We have free printable instructions you can use to follow along with the video on our website. And we put together pillowcase kits using Christmas fabrics to fit with our Quiltmas in July theme.
