Big reveal! Sign up for Supernova, the 2019 Quilt Addicts Anonymous Block of the Month!

It is a new year and at Quilt Addicts Anonymous, that means we have a new Block of the Month pattern to reveal! I am so excited to bring you Supernova, a nine month BOM available in TWO colorways!

I LOVE Block of the Month quilts. I have been creating at least one new one a year since I was just a quilt blogger, long before Quilt Addicts Anonymous grew into the educational resource and fabric store you know today.

This year’s BOM follows the trend of big piecing to create blocks that are 18-inches in size, so you can get the gratification of finishing a block faster. The individual blocks work together to form a large star, hence the name, Supernova.

We are using Misty, from Clothworks for this BOM. It is a fabulous new fabric line that is a mottled solid that keeps revealing more details the closer you get to the it. I just love it.

When you join the Supernova Block of the Month program, you will pay a $25 sign up fee, which covers the cost of the pattern book. Then in March, your first monthly payment of $27.50 plus shipping will be pulled from the payment method you specify at sign up on the same day of the month you sign up. In December, you will receive binding fabric along with your block nine fabric.

The pattern book will have full color instructions featuring the fabrics used in the actual quilt from cutting through final assembly and will ship with the first block. We will also release video tutorials to go with each block to make it easy to assemble.

I really hope you follow along with Supernova! Make sure you watch our video to get a better look at the fabric and quilt and learn more about this year’s Block of the Month. Happy Quilting!

Hey, Stephanie! Is there a way to buy just the pattern book so we can do our own color way? Thanks!
