It’s Stashin’ with Stephanie time! Each month we release a new fat quarter friendly quilt designed to highlight a just released modern fabric line, or to bust your stash at home.
For our new pattern Radiance, we are working with Pat Bravo’s Nuncia fabric line from Art Gallery Fabrics to create a fat quarter friendly diamond quilt with NO Y-Seams! Plus this quilt is assembled into vertical rows, so assembly is fast, making this pattern perfect for a confident beginner or intermediate quilter.
In the video we cover how to cut 60 degree triangles and diamonds from strips, how to sew them together and press for super flat seams and perfect points, and give you some great tips to make sure your triangle points always match up when you are joining your rows.
Radiance looks a lot more challenging than it is. You’ll see when you watch the video that the triangle blocks are pretty easy to sew together when you break it down.
This quilt pattern is available in crib, lap, twin and queen sized.
