Feathers are one of the most intimidating free motion quilting designs to master and for years I tried and failed to quilt them. That is until I found the Interlocking El Dorado #50003 stencil from Full Line Stencil.
This stencil is the perfect combination of feathers and swirls so you can start off with an easy to master swirl, then quilt a few feathers, and then go back to the swirl. The combination, plus having clear lines to follow, meant I was able quilt feathers for the very first time!
Check out the video and then give it a try and you can master feathers too!
