Modern Quilt That Shows Off BIG Prints! Learn How To Make Up & Away

This month’s Stashin’ with Stephanie fat quarter friendly pattern Up & Away is perfect for fabrics you don’t want to cut into tiny little pieces.

Inspired by Maureen Cracknell’s Mystical Land for Art Gallery Fabrics, I created a design that utilizes large pieces in order to show off the beautiful designs. And as an added bonus, big pieces means the quilt goes together really fast!

Up & Away is also perfect for all levels of quilters. The blocks are made using half square triangles, making it beginner friendly. And we cover how to sew blocks together on point in today’s tutorial. Once you see how easy it is, you won’t be scared off from quilts set on point ever again.

This pattern is available in crib, lap, twin and king sized versions.
